To help the client achieve her goal of cross-platform expansion, I implemented a full social media strategy, starting with a repurposing of her high-performing TikTok videos for other platforms. This included:
- Repurposing Content: Creating shorter clips, thumbnails, and writing optimized caption copy for each platform.
- Platform-Specific Strategy: Developing tailored strategies for launching on Instagram and YouTube Shorts, in line with each platform's best practices.
- Content Analysis & Reporting: Conducting an initial content analysis to assess performance and providing Month-on-Month (MoM) analysis to track progress during the launches.
- Process + Ops Optimization: Implemented new tools and processes for impact analysis, video repurposing, and organization to help her stay organized. Now she has easy access to analytics, automations, and these systems will continue to scale with her growth.
