Grace, a content creator, corporate speaker, and workshop coach, came to me with a strong TikTok presence, boasting 80k followers, and a dedicated following on LinkedIn. However, she was looking to expand her reach and grow her presence across other platforms. She also needed assistance in finding the right tools and refining processes for organization, as this was creating more work and taking time away from creating her content.

To help the client achieve her goal of cross-platform expansion, I implemented a full social media strategy, starting with a repurposing of her high-performing TikTok videos for other platforms. This included:

  • Repurposing Content: Creating shorter clips, thumbnails, and writing optimized caption copy for each platform.
  • Platform-Specific Strategy: Developing tailored strategies for launching on Instagram and YouTube Shorts, in line with each platform's best practices.
  • Content Analysis & Reporting: Conducting an initial content analysis to assess performance and providing Month-on-Month (MoM) analysis to track progress during the launches.
  • Process + Ops Optimization: Implemented new tools and processes for impact analysis, video repurposing, and organization to help her stay organized. Now she has easy access to analytics, automations, and these systems will continue to scale with her growth.

When Everplans, an app designed to help people organize everything from their driver’s license to their estate plan came along, we knew we had our work cut out for us. The challenge: how do we take something that’s crucial but often put off—and make it feel approachable?

Everplans started as an educational content site, so they had a wealth of long-form content like articles and blogs. The goal was clear: take that knowledge and make it social-media-friendly, delivering it to people where they already spend their time.

I kicked things off by collaborating with their design team to create fresh Instagram templates. We aimed to transform Everplans’ wealth of information into bite-sized, actionable tips that redefined how people view organization. Through creative social campaigns, we tapped into emotional triggers to spark curiosity, encourage engagement, and ultimately, drive app downloads. The result? A 100%+ increase in followers.

I also worked on email campaigns to nurture Everplans’ growing community. From personalized onboarding sequences to seasonal promotions and helpful checklists, I crafted campaigns that boosted email engagement and significantly increased newsletter sign-ups.

Finally, I teamed up with Everplans' CEO and Head of Editorial to pilot a podcast based on their book, In Case You Get Hit By A Bus. From curating weekly topics and writing scripts to hosting community-driven discussions and editing the episodes, I ensured the podcast resonated with listeners and provided even more value to Everplans’ audience.

Elevating a boutique Jewelry brand

Verameat, a boutique jewelry brand with an edgy, unique aesthetic, needed a marketing strategy that matched their bold, one-of-a-kind vibe. I stepped in to amplify their presence and build consistent engagement across platforms, while driving sales and awareness.

I managed and produced daily content, including both written copy and product photography, ensuring that every post reflected Verameat’s distinct brand identity. The content not only engaged their audience but also helped exceed daily sales goals consistently.

To further elevate the brand, I executed and sourced talent for influencer campaigns that significantly increased brand awareness. These partnerships helped Verameat reach new audiences and sparked fresh conversations about their designs.
Email marketing was another key area. I designed, wrote, and planned all newsletters and campaigns through Mailchimp, making sure each email was as captivating as the jewelry itself. These campaigns helped nurture relationships with existing customers while converting new ones.

I also pioneered a system to track and analyze the impact of all marketing and outreach strategies, enabling the team to see what resonated best with their audience and optimize future efforts.

Lastly, I engaged with the Verameat community across all owned social platforms, ensuring consistent conversation and connection with their loyal followers.
